Alexandra Manick

Alex Manick is a Principal at Schooner Capital, a Boston-based private investment firm with a permanent capital base. She currently serves on the boards of Amplified Industries (formerly Acoustic Wells), Jetcool Technologies, Mantle and Remedy Plan Therapeutics, among others. She also serves as a board observer at Commonwealth Fusion Systems and formerly Millstone Medical Outsourcing (acquired by Arlington Capital Partners) in addition to providing strategic support across the broader private portfolio. A recovering engineer, Alex previously worked at MIT spin-out startup, 1366 Technologies (now CubicPV), and Tesla Motors. She holds a BS in Materials Science from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.
