Andy Feldstein

Andy Feldstein is an entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in the defense and wireless industry. He spent his career developing innovative products for wireless and networking application. Andy was co-founder and CEO of Innovative Concepts, Inc., a product development company servicing all the US armed forces, and many allied forces. In his capacity as CEO, he has developed a very strong international business that sold products to companies and government agencies in Europe, Asia, and Australia. After Innovative Concepts, Inc., was sold to Herley Industries; Andy became Herley’s Chief Technology Officer. In addition to performing the normal CTO activities, he also supported and managed M&A endeavors. Andy was also the president of T2I, Inc., a manufacturer of tactical communication systems. Andy provides management consulting services to large and small companies on various strategic initiatives and new product market penetration. In addition, he is an active investor in a number of startups focusing on the healthcare industry. Andy served on board of directors and board of advisors of a number of not-for-profit association established to develop futuristic standards for state of the art communications and networking systems, as well as for profit corporations. He has been a member of the following boards, Innovative Concepts, Inc., T2I, Inc., Wireless and Innovation Forum (formally SDR Forum), DirecNet Forum, and he Currently serves on the board of SDI, Inc. He has a DSc in engineering from George Washington University and BSEE degree from Penn State University.
