Debbie Lin

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Caris Life Sciences

Dr. Debbie Lin is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Caris Life Sciences, a precision oncology diagnostics company. She is also a venture partner at T.Rx Capital, a venture capital fund based in Boston investing in early stage biotech, tech enabled bio and digital health. She has over 20 years of healthcare ventures and biopharma and diagnostics experience having held board, advisory and other digital health companies as well as having deep expertise in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry. She was recently Executive Director at Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund in the US and lead the Fund’s North American investments in Digital Healthcare. She has worked in several divisions of BI, including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Affairs and Health Economics and as Global Director of Corporate Development in Germany. She is currently adjunct faculty as lecturer at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business. She holds a doctorate in Pharmacogenomics and Bioinformatics from UCSF; a master’s in engineering from Stanford and a master’s in Public Policy from UCLA.
