Dennis Hillen is currently the National President of Pearl Health. Prior to this role, Dennis served as SVP of Market Leadership at Oscar Health, where he held market-level growth and P&L responsibility through the company’s transition from a pre-IPO startup to a sustainable publicly traded organization. Before joining Oscar, Dennis held a series of successive leadership roles at Humana, ultimately leading Innovation and Enterprise Transformation efforts focused on value-based care and simplifying provider and healthcare consumer experiences, including the development and successful spin-out of a VC-backed startup.
