Frank Vallese, Sc.D

Entrepreneur, Startup Mentor, and Innovation and Partnership Leader

Dr. Frank Vallese is an entrepreneur and innovation leader with extensive experience building and scaling technology ventures. He founded and grew a tech company, Electrophysics, from startup through successful acquisition, gaining firsthand insight into product development, commercialization, and organizational growth. Following his exit, Dr. Vallese has focused on advancing research-driven innovation and supporting early-stage founders. At NYU Tandon School of Engineering, he directed strategic partnerships connecting faculty, industry, and government to accelerate technology translation. He also managed a dual-use startup program for the National Security Innovation Network. As a longtime mentor at Endless Frontier Labs and other accelerators, Dr. Vallese advises deeptech and climatetech startups on growth strategy, commercialization, and partnerships. He holds a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
