Partner, OS Projects

Mr. Gilmore is currently a Partner in OS Projects, a Consulting Firm focused on the Health Tech, GovTech, and Foreign Policy Ecosystems. He’s also an Advisory Council Member of Concordia Summit, and Member of the Veteran’s Mental Health Leadership Coalition. Previously he held the position of Chief Growth Officer at TREAT California, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at establishing a $5 billion State Agency in California. This initiative was driven by citizens to promote research, clinical trials, and care in psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) and other novel therapeutics, demonstrating Mr. Gilmore’s forward-thinking approach in the healthcare sector. Before his role at TREAT California, Mr. Gilmore's career has been marked by a rich diversity of experiences. His background encompasses work in the Department of Defense, International Relations, finance, and consumer manufacturing sales and distribution. A former United States Navy SEAL, he served in multiple combat deployments globally, taking on roles such as Medic, Sniper, and Intelligence Head. This period of his career highlights his versatility and leadership in high-stakes environments. Following his service in the Navy, Isaac transitioned to the finance sector, working at a Chicago-based Hedge Fund. He then moved into the consumer goods world as the Chief Business Development Officer for Montalvo Tequila. His second experience in regulatory complex industries was working in Cannabis as an Executive in Distribution, Manufacturing, and technology. His entrepreneurial spirit was further evidenced as the Co-Founder and COO of Spear Operations Group (SOG), a Washington, D.C.-based contracting company specializing in Counter Terror, Logistics, and Asset Security Operations in conflict-ridden countries. The most significant aspect of SOG, was the collaborative effort of an American, an Israeli, and a Palestinian working with the Emirati Government to combat Terror. Mr. Gilmore specializes in seeing the opportunities where disparate ecosystems overlap with each other, how world events shape the future of their growth, while his ties in Washington D.C. aid in navigating the appropriate policy framework
