Jeremy Kagan is the Managing Partner of Textbook Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in founders from the university ecosystems in New York. As a professor at Columbia, Cornell, and New York University, he teaches graduate level classes in digital marketing, media, data analytics, and entrepreneurship. He is the former Managing Director of the Eugene Lang Center for Entrepreneurship at Columbia Business School, where he managed the entrepreneurial curriculum, student programs, the Lang venture capital fund, the Columbia Alumni Virtual Accelerator, and the Columbia Startup Lab. He previously was the founder and CEO of Pricing Engine, a startup that was part of the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in New York City, where he remains an active alumni mentor, and is also an award-winning mentor at other startup accelerators around New York City. His book “Digital Marketing: Strategy and Tactics”, the first textbook for digital marketing, was first published in 2018 by the Wessex Press, and is now in its 3rd edition. His most recent book “Designing the Successful Corporate Accelerator” was released by Wiley in 2021.
