John Dexheimer

John Dexheimer has history in tech investing and investment banking from SW to HW: from university and corporate lab spin-offs to public companies, serving as a board member, executive management, or part-time advisor. John is based in Connecticut but has a significant history in Silicon Valley firms as well as internationally. He has assisted in funding and partnering execution for over 100 firms, ranging from start-ups up to several valued at over $1 billion. He has been a GP and LP partner for over 30 years in several venture capital funds and an advisor to portfolio firms for many of the large established investors in technology in software and electronics. He’s held several executive roles in startups and mature technology firms with revenue of up to $400 million in addition to serving on several boards and advisory for public and private firms, as well as academic centers(UMN, Yale, Boston University) and technology trade advisory boards including Optica, SPIE. Recently, he has been focused on Quantum and AI-related technologies and applications.
