Kinshuk Kocher
Investment Director | Cedars-Sinai Technology Ventures
Kinshuk Kocher is an Investment Director with Cedars-Sinai Technology Ventures, where he leads early-stage investments across med tech, bio tech & digital health. In addition, he drives the selection of startups into the newly, evolved Accelerator+ program. Kinshuk started his career in strategy consulting and spent bulk of his early professional career at McKinsey & Company. That was the time he found his interest in healthcare. In 2016, he co-founded a health tech startup called Caredose to improve medicine adherence in chronic patients. After managing 1M+ medicine doses over 5 years, they sold the startup to a large strategic. His itch to stay close enough to startups and explore a biopharma perspective made him join GSK. He was a part of Digital Health & Beyond and was instrumental in launching a digital health incubator there. That allowed him to experience first-hand how larger organizations were evaluating and integrating new technologies that could shape the future of health. He joined Cedars-Sinai to bring a diverse, multi-stakeholder view to invest in first-in-class, best-in-class, breakthrough solutions that can shape the future of healthcare globally. Kinshuk believes in paying it forward. You will often find him judging startup pitch competitions or sharing his insights as an operator investor at various conferences & events. Kinshuk holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, UK and a BA (Hons.) Economics from the University of Delhi, India.
