Kristof Kloeckner

Strategy and Technology Advisor, former CTO and General Manager at IBM

Dr. Kristof Kloeckner is an independent strategy and technology consultant and teaches graduate courses in computer science as an honorary professor at Stuttgart University. He was CTO of IBM’s software and technology services businesses, General Manager of IBM Rational and IBM’s first Cloud CTO. For 38 years he has incubated innovative technologies and grown them into market-leading software products and platforms. Examples are IBM’s early workflow products, integration software, DevOps tools, cloud computing and use of AI in service delivery and management. He has also advised clients on digital transformation.
