Lorraine Marchand

Lorraine Marchand is a life sciences executive who can break down complex business problems and develop creative solutions strategically aligned with companies' financial goals and address stakeholders' needs. Lorraine has held executive roles in Management, Operations and Business Development for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Covance, Clinilabs and Cognizant Technology Solutions. She co-founded two life sciences companies and has led over 200 clinical programs from pre-clinical to NDA submission and launch. Lorraine developed a course on accelerating the commercialization of new technologies for Princeton University where she served as James Wei Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship. She is adjunct professor and advisory board member, Columbia Business School. Lorraine has served on the Board of Advisors for Morood Inc., a private equity firm and on the steering committee for the Mid Atlantic Bio Angels. She is advisor to the University City Sciences Center, Philadelphia and the Columbia University Precision Medicine Initiative’s Biotech Seminar Series.
