Nadav Shimoni

Dr. Nadav Shimoni serves as Managing Director at Arkin Digital Health, an early stage VC operating under Arkin Capital, funding and supporting entrepreneurs harnessing software to address unmet business needs in healthcare. In this role, Nadav oversees a spectrum of investment activities, including deal sourcing, due diligence processes, and ongoing support for portfolio companies. He serves on the board of Laguna, Rhino, Edocate, Medminder, Eleos, Validic and Siftwell. Dr. Shimoni is a physician by training. Prior to Arkin, he served as the Director of Hospital Business Development at Clalit Health Services (Israel's largest HMO, providing care and coverage for 4.5M members), Head of Business Development at Rambam Medical Center, and Associate at Accelmed, a VC and PE firm specializing in medical device investments. In parallel, he conducted public health research focused on the implementation of data and AI-driven solutions in clinical workflows. Dr. Shimoni holds an M.D. from Ben-Gurion University, graduating magna cum laude.
