Olivia Zetter brings extensive experience in emerging technology and national security issues that bridge the public and private sector. Olivia is a Strategic Advisor & Venture Partner at ARCH Venture Partners, investing in cutting-edge life science and technology companies. She is also an Advisor to Rsquared, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in areas of national importance. Previously, she was a Vice President at Resilience. Prior to joining the private sector Olivia held multiple positions in government, including Director of Research and Analysis at the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, Special Advisor to the Special Presidential Envoy to Defeat ISIS, Policy Advisor to the Cyber Coordinator, and Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. She holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a BA from American University.
