Priyanka Rohatgi is an entrepreneurial business leader with over 15 years of experience in venture capital, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology. She leverages her deep expertise in venture capital, business development, and scientific research and collaborates with entrepreneurs in Biotech companies as their fractional CBO and business advisor. Previously, she was a Partner at Novo Ventures, Longwood Fund, Ipsen Ventures, AbbVie Ventures, and Baxter Ventures. Priyanka also served as a board member/observer for several biotech companies, including Artios Pharma, Jnana (acquired by Otsuka), Interius BioTherapeutics, Mirna (NASDAQ: MIRN), Naurex (acquired by Allergan), Precision Bioscience (NASDAQ: DTIL), Pyxis Oncology (NASDAQ: PYXS), Sanifit (acquired by Vifor Pharma), Syntimmune (acquired by Alexion), and Xilio Therapeutics (NASDAQ: XLO). Priyanka holds a Doctorate and Master’s in Pharmaceutics, Biochemistry, and Computational Biology from the University of Washington, Georgia Institute of Technology.
