Rachael currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for a healthcare service start-up and Executive Coach. Her career has focused on leading teams across digital health, strategy consulting, and enterprise transformation. This includes leading large-scale change in complex health systems, guiding enterprise virtual care and digital technology implementations, and designing programs that bridge strategy, operations, and human-centered design. Rachael draws on experiences from implementation and improvement science, design thinking, and change management to deliver outcomes that stick. Prior to her current role, Rachael was a VP at Northwell Health and healthcare strategy consultant. Rachael is a proud graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and Certified Professional Coach.
