Sean Schreiber

EVP/COO, Alliance Health

Sean currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Alliance Health, a specialty Medicaid managed care organization in North Carolina. In this role he oversees a wide array of health plan functions, including provider network development and operations, information technology, member and provider services, and community health. As the COO, he has implemented numerous new programs and services for plan members, including technology enabled care. Sean has worked to modernize the various technology platforms used across the entity. He previously served as the company's Chief Clinical Officer at its inception. Sean has extensive experience developing, implementing and operating new programs and services both on the health plan and behavioral health service delivery side. He has served as a consultant and as a development director for two behavioral healthcare companies where he worked to implement new service lines and scale behavioral health services.
